General manager of our company was one researcher in the multimedia technology development center of SHARP Co (Storage Device Interface Technology, Efficiency Evaluation and Optimization, Japanese Storage Specification’s representative of SHARP Co). He has applied for several patents and also has a deep understanding of the design and optimization. He has a strong and optimistic characteristic and is not afraid of difficulties and frustrations. The technical director of our company has worked in Japanese high-tech enterprises like NEC, JEOL and etc. He has a deep research of embedded system and software system design. In the field of Java virtual machine, he is one of the few experts who have the ability of independent design and optimization of Java virtual machine. He has published 2 IEEE theses and 1 SCI thesis; 3 theses of Japan Electronic Information and Communication Academy; and some theses on the field of code compilation security, the design and optimization of Java virtual machine, development environment of embedded system, design and optimization of the server system and so on.

He also has a good understanding and a good application ability of new technology, especially is good at modeling and quantizing of solving abstract problems.
